Our story finds its roots in a moment of inspiration and determination. Founder Dr Tony Taunk, winner of Best Young Dentist 2013, had a simple but profound vision, to restore not just teeth but confidence, joy, and quality of life through dental implants. Driven by this purpose, Dr Taunk embarked on a journey to establish a brand that would redefine dental care.
His dedication to unique dental implants as a transformative solution for patients became the heart of Implant Perfection and the innovation that propels it to the top of the industry.

Having treated many celebrity clients, including Floyd Mayweather and Krystian Bielik, Dr Taunk remains deeply committed to delivering excellence in all aspects of dental care. With his ongoing postgraduate education, he is consistently updating his skills to incorporate the latest advancements in dentistry.

Implant Perfection is built on the belief that great dentistry changes lives, and for our lead clinician Dr Tony Taunk, that belief has taken him well beyond Rykneld Road. Tony has travelled to Ghana with Operation Smile, a charity providing free reconstructive surgery to children born with cleft lips and palates. Each operation takes as little as 20 to 30 minutes and can cost under £150, yet it gives a child the chance of a life free from stigma.
"The work Operation Smile does to transform the lives of children with surgery is incredible, and I wish more people were aware of it," Tony says. It's the same care and attention every patient receives when they visit us in Derby.
